This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to withdraw M.C.No.29 of 2025 on the file of Learned Chief Magistrate Judge, Ramanathapuram and transfer the same to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvottiyur.

2. Considering the relief given by this Court, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner herein is the husband

and the wife and the minor children are the respondents in M.C, I do not find any necessity to allow this criminal original petition, troubling the single mother with two minor children compelling to travel to secure the ends of justice.
