ORDER
When these bail applications were taken up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that following the investigation into the matter, a final report has already been filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-III, Palakkad and it is now pending before that court as C.P. No.37/2021.
2. In the light of fact that the final report has already been filed before the
Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-III, Palakkad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in both these applications would submit that he may be permitted to withdraw these applications with liberty to approach the jurisdictional court with an application for bail.
