.....chief superintendent central prison mysore-570007. …respondents (by smt. k. p. yashodha, aga ) -2- this wp is filed under articles 226 and 227of the constitution of india praying to direct the respondent 2 to release the petitioner's son waseem pasha @ waseem ctp-17866 on general parole for a period of 90 days citing petitioners illness, the presence of her son is essential to provide physical support at this challenging time as well as to bare all the expenses for medical treatment. this petition, coming on for orders, this day, order was made therein as under: coram: hon'ble mr. justice b m shyam prasadoral orderthe petitioner seeks parole of her son [mr. waseem pasha @ waseen ct-17866] because she has lost her husband in the last 24 hours. mrs. k. p. yashodha, the learned additional government advocate, is called upon to secure instructions for disposal of the petition. the learned additional government advocate submits, on instructions, that indeed the petitioner has lost her husband in the last 24 hours. this court opines that circumstances are made out for grant of parole to the petitioner's son but that -3- should be on condition. however, this court must observe that the petition, which is entertained on a limited ground, will not foreclose any other relief that the petitioner's son may be entitled to in law. hence, the following:orderthe petition is allowed directing the second respondent to grant parole to the petitioner's son [mr. waseem pasha @ waseem ctp-17866] for a week effective from today on the condition that he shall mark his attendance everyday with the station house officer between 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. sd/- (b m shyam prasad) judge rb

The petitioner seeks parole of her son [Mr. Waseem Pasha @ Waseen CT-17866] because she has lost her husband in the last 24 hours. Mrs. K. P. Yashodha, the learned Additional Government Advocate, is called upon to secure instructions for disposal of the petition. The learned Additional Government Advocate submits, on instructions, that indeed the petitioner has lost her husband in the last 24 hours. This Court opines that circumstances are made out for grant of parole to the petitioner's son but that -3- should be on condition. However, this Court must observe that the petition, which is entertained on a limited ground, will not foreclose any other relief that the petitioner's son may be entitled to in law. Hence, the following:

ORDER
