The above petition is filed to order

substituted service of notice to the respondent by way of publishing the notice in any one of the daily Newspaper in C.M.A. (MD)No.918 of 2010.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Records perused.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons

stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the respondent, by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Trichy Edition, indicating the next date of hearing as 29.07.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 20.07.2026.
