PRAYER :- Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnor/Respondent herein for the act of willful disobedience and fails to comply the final order passed by this Honourable Court in WP(MD). No.13350 of 2023 order dated 05.12.2024 deliberately even after the petitioner had sent a contempt notice to Respondents herein dated 06.08.2025 and punish him accordingly.
