There is no stay order passed in this writ petition. The matter came up for consideration on 19.07.2021 and the case was posted today for disposal. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he send a registered notice to the petitioner. There is no response from the petitioner. In the light of the above facts it is clear that the petitioner is not interested. Therefore this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
