Respondent PRAYER :- Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent herein for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD). No.21792 of 2018, dated 26.03.2024. For Petitioner : Mr.N.Rahamadullah, For Respondent : Mr.Venkatesh Kumar, Special Government Pleader This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in W.P(MD). No.21792 of 2018 dated 26.03.2024 has not been complied with.

2. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a Writ of

Mandamus, directing the Tahsildar to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.20218, by considering the compromise decree passed in O.S.No.13 of 2015 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Natham.

3. Considering the rival submissions made, this Court disposed of the writ petition on 26.03.2024 and the relevant paragraph is extracted hereunder:
