ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the amounts lying in the Fixed Deposits and Savings Account, totaling a sum of Rs.12,08,122/-, together with the accrued interest on the Fixed Deposits, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is going to be passed, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had made a representation dated 04.06.2026 requesting the respondents to disburse the amounts lying in the Fixed Deposits and Savings Account, totaling a sum of Rs.12,08,122/-, together with the accrued interest on the Fixed Deposits. However, as the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition.

5. The learned counsel further submitted that it would suffice if this

Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2026 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and

without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.06.2026 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
