ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the first accused in Crime No.202 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction as against the trial Court to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of surrender.

2. Considering the averments in the petition, there shall be a

direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for trial of SC/ST Act Cases, Karur, on or before 10.07.2026 and the learned Trial Court shall consider the bail application of the petitioner in Crime No.202 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police and accept his surrender on the same day, after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.
