ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.13552 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No. 1038 of 2025 by order dated 28.04.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the

petitioner, while regularly complying with the condition No.5(iii), by reporting before the Tiruppur Central Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., has not complied with the condition No.5(ii), as he has not filed an affidavit of undertaking along with the sureties before the respondent Police that he will not indulge in any further offence and will not visit the occurrence place.
