This writ petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the appeal dated 28.03.2026 and pass necessary order to initiate further action in the administration of the fifth respondent, as per the procedure in the interest of justice.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, though this

Court, by order dated 30.01.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.28194 of 2024, directed the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's objections with respect to the appointment to the vacancies, the said direction has not been complied with so far. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to initiate contempt proceedings.
