ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21856 of 2025 dated 28.04.2026 that “the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 pm., until further orders”.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court from 06.05.2026.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21856 of 2025 dated 28.04.2026, is modified as follows: “(b) The petitioner shall report before the Trial Court once in a week i.e., on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders”
