ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Uthamapalayam, to dispose of the suit in O.S. No. 398 of 2024 within a stipulated time. 2.The petitioners are the defendants 1 and 2 in the suit filed by the first respondent for permanent injunction. It is seen from the online status enclosed in the typed set of papers that the issues were framed as early as on 30.10.2025 and thereafter, the matter has been adjourned without any further progress due to the pendency of interlocutory applications. 3.Taking into consideration the fact that the pleadings have already been completed and issues have been framed on 30.10.2025, this Court is inclined to direct the trial Court, namely the learned Subordinate Judge, Uthamapalayam, to dispose of the suit in O.S.
