2. The petitioner is assailing the show cause notice

dated 18.01.2025. The petitioner is asked to show cause on alleged violations of the some of the provisions of Factories Act. The petitioner is yet to show cause to the said notice. The respondent authority has not passed any adverse orders against the petitioner, as such, the petition is not maintainable. -3-

3. The petitioner is permitted to reply to the show cause notice. The respondent authority shall consider the same in accordance with law.

4. It is made clear that nothing is expressed on the merits of the matter.
