JUDGMENT

Dated this the 30th day of April, 2021

Devan Ramachandran, J.

After arguing these matters for sometime, the learned counsel for the appellant prayed that this Court may permit him to withdraw these appeals, however, with liberty to approach the Appellate Tribunal. He also sought a direction to the Tribunal to consider his client's contentions in its entirety.

2. On the first limb of the request, we find no problem and we

deem it appropriate to permit the appellant to withdraw these appeals so that he can invoke his appellate remedy. As regards the second limb of the request, we are certain that the appellate Tribunal will act as per law and that no further orders are required from this Court. With the afore, we dispose these appeals as having been withdrawn, reserving the liberty to the appellant to invoke his statutory remedies. DEVAN RAMACHANDRAN JUDGE M.R. ANITHA SHG JUDGE
