JUDGMENT

C.S.DIAS, J.

The petitioner in OP (Guardian) 1353/2010 of the Court of the District Judge, Ernakulam, is the appellant.

2. Being aggrieved by the order passed by the

District Court declining permission to sell the share of the property of the minor child, namely, Reenu, who was aged 14 years in 2010, the appellant is before this Court.

3. Admittedly, Reenu has attained majority. Therefore, she is no longer governed by the provisions of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890. Hence, nothing further survives in the appeal.
