This appeal is filed by the wife challenging the decree of divorce granted by the Family Court, Thrissur in OP No.1319/2014. The parties decided to live together and a joint statement has been filed. The joint statement reads thus:
“The appeal is filed challenging the order
dated 7.2.2017 in OP 1319/2014 of the Family Court, Thrissur. The above case was filed by the respondent seeking dissolution of marriage. The Family Court granted the prayer for dissolution of marriage. This order is challenged in this appeal. The parties have settled their difference of opinion and decided to reside together in the house of the respondent/husband along with their children. There exists no dispute between the parties. The parties also agree that there is no pending claim between them, either with regard to maintenance or any other relating to the matrimony. The parties also agree that the appellant will not make any claim against the respondent”
