This Crl.M.C. has been filed seeking to quash the entire further proceedings against the petitioner/accused in S.C.No.896/2018 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court (Fast Track Special Court) Aluva, arising out of crime No.823/2016 of Elamakkara Police Station, which is registered for the offences punishable u/s.376, 323 & 324 IPC.

2. When the case came up for hearing, the learned

counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is not pressing the Crl.M.C and seeks for an early disposal of S.C.No.896/2018 since the defacto complainant has to go abroad.

3. In the said circumstances, this Crl.M.C. is dismissed as

not pressed. Interim order already granted stands vacated.
