2. The petitioner is the 5th accused in Crime No.177/2021 of

the Maranalloor Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 188, 447, 294b, 427, 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 5 of the Kerala Prevention of Damage to Property and Payment of Compensation Act, 2019.

It is reported by the learned Public Prosecutor that, even though the petitioner was originally implicated as accused No.5, consequent to the detailed investigation, he is now deleted from the party array.
