anil k. narendran, j.--------------------------------------------------------- general report no.1308 of 2021 ---------------------------------------------------------- dated this the 31st day of march, 2021orderthe official liquidator has filed this general report seeking permission to continue the services of sri.k.moni, advocate and smt.s.jasmine, advocate as part time counsels to appear andconduct all proceedings before this hon'ble court, in the liquidation matters of various companies ordered to be wound up by this hon'ble court for a further period of one year from 01.04.2021 to 31.03.2022; to continue to pay the existing remuneration as stated in para 2 without any increase in the ensuing year in view of the facts narrated therein; and to permit the official liquidator to continue to pay the existing conveyance allowance at rs.750/- to the above counsels for attending the office of official liquidator until further orders.having considered the averments in this report, this general report is allowed as prayed for. sd/- anil k. narendran judge yd

ORDER

The Official Liquidator has filed this general report seeking permission to continue the services of Sri.K.Moni, Advocate and Smt.S.Jasmine, Advocate as part time counsels to appear and

conduct all proceedings before this Hon'ble Court, in the liquidation matters of various companies ordered to be wound up by this Hon'ble Court for a further period of one year from 01.04.2021 to 31.03.2022; to continue to pay the existing remuneration as stated in para 2 without any increase in the ensuing year in view of the facts narrated therein; and to permit the Official Liquidator to continue to pay the existing conveyance allowance at Rs.750/- to the above counsels for attending the office of Official Liquidator until further orders.
