JUDGMENT
[WP(C).7393/2021 and WP(C).8432/2021] Dated this the 31st day of March, 2021 These writ petitions are filed seeking directions to the respondents to publish the results of the final BAMS degree examinations attempted by the petitioners as also to permit them to appear for the failed subjects of the 3 rd and 4th years together in the next examinations. It is submitted that the petitioners have cleared the 1st and 2nd year examinations and that the issue is only with regard to the 3rd and final year examinations.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the
University submits, on instructions, that the delay in publishing the final year results is only because of the delay in conduct of the 1 st and 2nd year examinations and the publication of the results thereof. It is submitted that the examination results will be
published without delay. The next final year examinations are scheduled to be conducted only from the 12 th of May, 2021. It is submitted that the results of the final year examinations attempted by the petitioners will be published before then and the petitioners will also be given required time to register for the next examinations if they need to do so and are eligible for the same.
-: 5 :- The said submissions are recorded. The grievances of the petitioners stand redressed since the petitioners' results will be published before the next examination and they will be given ample opportunity to register for the said examinations, if they are eligible.
