JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by the blacklisting of his vehicle, MGV- Tipper Swaraj Mazda bearing registration number KL- 16 F/5422 and the denial of registration of licence for transportation of minerals, consequent to the seizure of his vehicle by the 3rd respondent alleging illegal transportation of granite. The website of the department of Mining and Geology specifies the enrollment as temporarily cancelled.

2. The vehicle which was seized for the alleged offence was got released by the petitioner from the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court under Section 457 Cr.P.C.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government
