Dated this the 31st day of March 2021 The appellant in A.S. 61/2015 before the III Additional District Court, Thrissur has filed this O.P. seeking issue of a direction to the court below for early disposal of the appeal within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. A report was called for from the court below in this respect and the learned judge has sought for a period of six months time for final disposal of the appeal.

3. I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The

petitioner submitted that being an old appeal of 2015, direction may be given to dispose of the appeal at an early date as suggested by the learned judge. In the result, O.P.(C) is allowed calling upon the III Additional District Court, Thrissur, to dispose of A.S.61/2015 on its files, finally within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this judgment .
