Pudukkottai. : Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to issue a notice of contempt to the first and second respondents / contemnors for not obeying the orders of this Court passed in W.P.(MD)No.9287 of 2025 and W.M.P.(MD)No.6954 of 2025 dated 03.04.2025 before the Hon'ble Madras High Court of Madurai Bench and punish the 1st and 2nd respondents / contemnors in accordance with law. ORDER

Mr.S.I.Muthiah, learned Counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu, submits that though mutation of revenue records has taken place in favour of one Muthulakshmi, pending Contempt Petition, after the last hearing date on 02.06.2026, the original position has been restored and patta granted in favour of Muthulakshmi has been cancelled and recalled vide order dated 04.06.2026.
