This original petition was filed by the petitioner in

O.P.No.373/2019          on    the     files      of   the       Family   Court,
Muvattupuzha.          The above original petition was filed for
divorce.     The respondent herein remained absent during the
proceedings      before       the     Family     Court.      The     petitioner

thereafter filed I.A.No.04/2020 seeking amendment of the original petition which was allowed by the Family Court. The Family Court again ordered notice and challenging the said order, this original petition was filed.

2. This Court called for a report from the Family

Court. The report dated 25.02.2021 of the Family Court, Muvattupuzha indicates that the order issuing fresh notice will be reviewed and the original petition is posted to 09.03.2021 for ex-parte evidence.
