For Petitioner : M/s.S.Srikanth

ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, to expeditiously complete the trial in C.C.No.99 of 2014.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, he is ready for trial and it is being adjourned due to non-appearance of the accused person.

3. Considering the above said facts, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.99 of 2024, within a period of 6(six) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
