ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to hand over the two pigs taken by the respondents 2 to 5 on 05.08.2023 to the petitioner and direct the 1st respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents 5 and 6 by considering the petitioner's representations dated 20.11.2023 and 12.01.2024 within time frame fixed by this Court.

2. This Court cannot grant the prayer made in the writ

petition. In the event the pigs were taken away unlawfully, it is open to the petitioner to file a police complaint in accordance with law. Therefore, this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed.
