2. Mr.S.R.A.Ramachandran, learned Additional Government

Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that only after affording due opportunity to the petitioner and pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, dated 08.08.2025 in W.P.(MD) No.27100 of 2025, steps have been taken to remove the encroachment made by the petitioner in the State Highways Road and there is no violation of law and the principles of natural justice.
