Learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for all the respondents.

2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following reliefs:

“ (i) Issue a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the Notice bearing Ack.No. RD0050000662935 dated 08/11/2024 produced at Annexure-M, issued by the respondent No.2.

3. It is the contention of learned Counsel for the

petitioner that the grant of the land made in favour of the -3- petitioner’s father is confirmed by the Tahsildar, despite which now, vide Annexure-M, the Assistant Commissioner has issued notice under Rule 108K of the Karnataka Land

Revenue Rules, 1966 (for short, “the said Rules”) in order

to cancel the grant made in favour of the petitioner.

that what has been impugned is only show cause notice. The petitioner is always free to place such documents in his favour as may be available, which could be considered by the respondent - Assistant Commissioner.
