The petitioners have filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorari to quash to Ext.P1 notification dated 14.11.2021 issued by the 2nd respondent Assistant Commissioner, Malabar Devaswom Board, calling for applications from persons to be appointed as non-hereditary trustees in Adakkaputhur Sree Sekharapuram Temple.

2. On 26.11.2021, when this writ petition came up

for admission, after arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought time to make further submissions with reference to the averments in paragraph 2 of the writ petition.

3. On 29.11.2021, when this writ petition came up

for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought two weeks' time to file an application for amending the pleadings in the writ petition appropriately.
