Out of the total extent of 4 Acres and 18 Cents (1.6930 Hectors) the petitioners have agreed to take 1.05 Acre of land jointly towards their shares and respondents 7 and 8 have agreed to take the balance property towards their share. fgiv •,.i.. 2. The sketch and measurement of the property earmarked
for petitioners is attached along with this settlement agreement, and both parties have agreed to take possession & ownership of the respective properties from the date of signing of this settlement agreement and recording of the same by this Hon'ble High Court of Kerala in the above case.
3. Respondents 7 and 8 agree that they will release their ® right in the property given to the petitioners as per this settlement even if the patta issued as per Kerala Land Assignment Act and Rules is in.their name.
4. Both parties have agreed that no further claims against
