JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking issuance of directions to the 1st respondent to issue the ‘SET’ certificate reckoning that the petitioner has passed the SET examination, 2015.

2. When this matter was taken up for consideration, none appeared for the petitioner.

3. Smt. Shameena Salahudeen, the learned counsel appearing for the

1st respondent, submits that two SET examinations are conducted every year, and in all likelihood the petitioner had appeared for the subsequent examinations and had passed the same.
