This is an application for anticipatory bail.

2. When this matter is taken up for consideration today, it is the submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that no crime was registered against the petitioner till date.

3. In that view of the matter, this anticipatory bail

application is not maintainable. However, taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that if the presence of the petitioner is required by respondents 3, 4 and 5 in connection with any complaint filed by one Smt.
