Dated this the 1st day of November, 2022 This Crl.M.C. is filed challenging the F.I.R. registered against the petitioner in crime No.29/2022 of Achankovil Police Station. Today, when the matter came up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions, submitted that, the investigation in this case is already completed and a final report has been submitted before the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Pathanapuram. In such circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Crl.M.C. without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to approach this Court again against the final report submitted.
