Above writ petition is filed with the following prayers:- a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ order or direction, directing the 2 nd respondent to include the petitioner’s name in Ext.P6 list as number 2 as expeditiously as possible within one week. b) Directing the 2nd respondent to take immediate action for inclusion of petitioner’s name in Ext.P6 list.

2. The main prayer in this Writ Petition is to issue direction to

the 2nd respondent to include the petitioner’s name in Ext.P6 list as No.2. No interim order was passed in this case. There is no representation for the petitioner also. Probably the prayer in this Writ Petition might have been infructuous. This Writ Petition is dismissed.
