Dated this the 7th day of April, 2022 S. Manikumar, CJ. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that a memo dated 4.4.2022 has been filed, stating that reliefs are not pressed. Memo dated 4.4.2022 is reproduced:

“This memo is filed upon the instructions received from the Appellant. It is submitted that during the pendency of the above writ appeal, the Fire and Rescue Services Department issued guidelines prescribing fire safety measures and standards for multiplexes situated above 30 metres. The appellant has implemented the measures and standards required under the guidelines, and the Fire and Rescue Services Department has issued final no-objection certificate dated 26.2.2022. Thereafter, the District Disaster Management Authority has, by order dated 11.3.2022 revoked its stop memo dated 8.6.2017. In the light of the above developments, the grievance of the Appellants has been redressed. In such circumstances, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to close the above writ appeals as not pressed.”
