Today, the matter is listed under the caption “for reporting compliance” 2.When the matter came up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned AAG that the subject premises has been de-sealed, and the 766 bags of tobacco products, after being marked, have been kept aside and cordoned off. 3.Today, the key of the subject premises has been handed over to the Court, and the same has been handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner has assured that CCTV footage of the premises, where the 766 bags of tobacco products are kept shall be furnished every fortnight to the concerned authority.
