The parties were referred for mediation. In the mediation, they settled all their disputes. The memorandum of agreement entered into between the parties is on board. The memorandum of agreement is recorded. It is submitted that, in the light of the settlement, the marriage between parties has been dissolved by decree of divorce granted by the Family Court, Nedumangad. In the light of the memorandum of agreement, these matters are disposed of, The memorandum of agreement will form part of the judgment.
