JUDGMENT

The allegation in the contempt application is that an interim

order issued in WPC No.8997/2022 is not complied with. This Court

had directed the respondents 1 to 4 to ensure that the crusher unit of the 6th respondent in the writ petition is functioning with all necessary licenses and permissions. Subsequently, orders have been issued by the Secretary of the Panchayat, which is the subject matter of challenge in WPC No.16816/2022. In such circumstances, there is no necessity to continue with the contempt application.
