JUDGMENT
The original petition is filed challenging Ext.P5 order
passed in I.A.No.2173/2011 and Ext.P7 order passed in I.A.No.2236/2011 in O.S.No.328/2010 of the Court of the Subordinate Judge, Attingal.
2. When the original petition came up for
consideration along with OP(C) No.525/2012 on 17.10.2022, this Court had directed the Registry to get instructions from the Court of the Subordinate Judge, Attingal, as to the present status and position of O.S.No.328/2010.
3. It is informed that the suit itself has been dismissed
on 04.12.2017. In the light of the above communication, I hold that nothing further survives in the original petition. Hence, the original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Sd/- C.S.DIAS, JUDGE rkc/19.10.22
