Dated this the 5th day of August, 2022 This writ petition is filed seeking directions to respondents 1 to 3 to grant adequate police protection to the life and property of the employees of the petitioner for smooth passage of goods vehicles from and to the work site of the company at the BPCL Refinery, Chalikkara, against the 4th respondent and his henchmen and to ensure that law and order is maintained in the work site.

the petitioner that the 4th respondent on an allegation that the petitioner company owes some money to him, has been restraining the vehicles at the work site of the company.
