The transfer petition was filed on 19.07.2018 to transfer O.P.No.966/2016 from the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram to the Family Court, Ernakulam. This Court had declined to pass any interim order. At this distance of time, I assume that nothing further survives in this transfer petition. Hence, the transfer petition is dismissed. The Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram is directed to consider and dispose of O.P.No.966/2016 in accordance with law, if the case is still pending. The Registry is directed to forward a copy of this order to the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram.
