COMMON ORDER

These civil revision petitions are filed seeking to strike off the plaint filed by the plaintiffs seeking a decree for injunction restraining the defendants from dispossessing plaintiffs except by due process of law.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners/defendants 1 and 2 already filed application seeking rejection of the plaint before the Trial Court and the same is still pending disposal.

3. Since the petitioners already filed application seeking rejection of the

plaint by invoking Order VII Rule 11 of CPC, this Court is not inclined to entertain these revision petitions and the revision petitions are disposed with direction to the trial court to dispose of the said applications as expeditiously as possible.
