No.18 of 2025 in C.A. No.29 of 2025 in so far as the condition No.2 to deposit 10 % of the compensation amount before the trial court within 60 days and set aside the same and pass such further orders as this Honourable Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
