Being aggrieved by Annexure-II FIR in Crime No.131/2011 of Santhanpara Police Station, petitioner preferred this Crl.M.C.

2. Even though, this Court by order dated 14.08.2014 issued notice to the 1 st respondent, the same had returned with an endorsement 'no such addressee.'

3. In the meantime, a report was called for from the learned

Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Nedumkandam. By letter dated 07.12.2020, it is informed that the accused, in C.C.No.202/2012 which arose from Crime No.131/2011 of Santhanpara Police Station, was acquitted under Section 248 of Cr.P.C on 27.09.2016.

4. In view of the above, nothing further survives in this

Crl.M.C., hence, the same is closed.
