ORDER
This petition challenges the registration of Crime No.910/2014 of Muhamma Police Station, Alappuzha.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted that
pursuant to the registration of the crime, the investigation was conducted and a final report was filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate -II, Cherthala which is pending as C.C.No.172/2019.
3. In view of the above, this petition filed under Section 482 of the
