pursuant to investigation into Crime No.1517/2014 of Kazhakuttom Police Station, final report was filed, which was taken cognizance as C.C.No.820/2015 on the files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court -II, Attingal and pursuant to trial, the accused was acquitted on 06.03.2019. In view of the above, this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has become infructuous.
