When this matter was taken up for consideration today, it is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, that the petitioner is accused in Crime No. 15/2021 of Cyber Crime Police Station, Kozhikode City and the offence alleged against the petitioner is that under Section 66 (C) of the Information Technology Act. By the provisions of Section 77 (B) of the Information Technology Act, the offence under Section 66 (C) is a bailable offence. Therefore this Bail Application is closed as the petitioner is entitled to bail from the jurisdictional Magistrate. Sd/- ats GOPINATH P.
