ORDER

Mr. U. Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents. With the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal today at the stage of admission itself.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the subject properties situated at

Swamiraj Kandigai and originally belonged to his great-grandfather, late Chengamaraju. Upon his demise, disputes arose among the legal heirs with regard to partition. The petitioner’s mother, late Venkatamma, instituted a suit in O.S. No.86 of 1983 before the Sub Court, Kancheepuram, and by Judgment and Decree dated 06.07.1993, the properties were partitioned. As per the said decree, the properties comprised in Survey Nos.110/2 and 110/7 (forming part
