Petitioner is working as LPST from 01.06.2018 onwards. She alleges that her earlier appointment as UPSA on 01.06.2016 to 31.05.2018 has not been approved. Challenging the rejection of her approval of appointment as a UPSA for the aforesaid period, a revision petition has been preferred as Ext. P6. Having considered the contentions, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing an expeditious consideration of Ext. P6. Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 1 st respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext. P6, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
